Ashish Singh Jayshoor tore it up.
Today, the young entrepreneur runs a growing business ecosystem from Goa spanning international travel, hospitality, real estate, fine dining, events, and financial education — with a cumulative business turnover he pegs at over ₹200 crore across his ventures. But the numbers are the least interesting part of his story.
The Boy Who Refused the Script
Ashish’s journey began in a family where, in his own words, “the only mindset around me was a job mindset.” After schooling in Rewa — where his parents still live — he moved to Bhopal for his B.Tech. But even in college, he wasn’t waiting for a placement letter. He was out doing third-party marketing work, sharpening the one skill he believed would matter most: communication.
The hardest part? He was starting with nothing. No capital. No backing. No safety net. His first challenge wasn’t finding a business — it was finding work that needed zero money to begin. And when opportunities finally demanded investment, he arranged every rupee through sheer jugaad — scraping, borrowing, figuring it out.
He tried multiple things. He lost money — money that had taken everything to arrange. More than once.
“What I never did was consider a job,” he says. “I had no money to start, but I had one thing fixed in my mind — kuchh karna hai. Losing money taught me more than any classroom. Every failure was fees paid to the best teacher I ever had.”
By his early twenties, Ashish had already outgrown the milestones most people chase for decades — financial independence, his own assets, a life fully on his own terms. Bhopal was conquered. Then came 20+ international trips, including across Europe, each one building something no degree could: confidence, exposure, and a global perspective on how business is done.
And when a man who has seen the world chooses where to build his empire from, that choice says everything. Ashish chose Goa — once just a dream destination — and made it his headquarters. Not as an escape, but as a statement: success should look like the life you actually want to live.

BTI Global Travels Private Limited delivers end-to-end international tour services — corporate business trips, personal holidays, and solo travel — with an obsessive focus on safety. “When our client is abroad, we stay connected 24×7,” Ashish explains. “They should never feel like they’re travelling alone.”
The Romara Hospitality handles the complete marketing for the Seven Hills Wai project and serves as the official marketing and construction partner for projects under Miracle World Real Estate LLP.
Zorba Vibes, his beachside fine-dine restaurant in Goa, captures the coastal lifestyle he built his life around — while Spark by Zorba Vibes extends the brand into destination weddings and corporate events.
Global Forex School is his education arm, where a full team works to spread financial awareness and market education, sharing real experience so people get guided in the right direction — because Ashish believes informed decisions, not shortcuts, build wealth.
Beyond this, Ashish runs a builder partnership program — a structured real estate participation model where individuals from across India work alongside established builders on ongoing projects, with proper documentation and transparent processes at its core. “Real estate has always created long-term value in India,” he says. “We simply make that journey more organised and accessible for genuine participants.”
The Anchor Behind the Ambition
Ask Ashish about his success and he doesn’t point to strategy decks. He points upward.
A deeply spiritual person and a devotee of Premanand Ji Maharaj, whom he regards as his guru, Ashish credits everything to hard work, constant learning, and grace. “Everything is given by the one above. I remember Him, and then I work.”
That faith shapes how he handles downturns too. “People become strange in bad times. I never stop. I work harder, I analyse where I’m wrong with positivity, I take His name — and I move forward.”
“Life Has Just Begun”
For Ashish, the ₹200 crore mark is a checkpoint, not a destination. His eyes are set on building a lasting empire across multiple sectors — and on his family. “I have to do so much for my parents, for my family. Life has just started. With God’s blessings, I will definitely do something great.”
