<p>A total of 5 crore shares are being issued in the Juniper Hotels IPO. The IPO’s price range is set at Rs 342 to Rs 360 per share.</p>
<p>An application must have a minimum lot size of 40 shares. Retail investors are needed to invest a minimum of Rs 14,400. Small NIIs must spend a minimum of 14 lots (560 shares), or Rs 201,600, while major NIIs must invest a minimum of 70 lots (2,800 shares), or Rs 10,08,000.</p>
<p>The registrar for the Juniper Hotels IPO is Kfin Technologies Limited, while the book-running lead managers are Jm Financial Limited, Clsa India Private Limited, and ICICI Securities Limited.</p>
