Leicester is attempting a great escape seven years after generating the greatest upset in Premier League history.
When the Foxes, a 5000-1 underdog, won the league championship in 2016, they astounded the football world. In order to secure top-flight safety in a season when the fear of relegation has never been far away, they are now hoping to defy the odds once again.
Leicester's worries were not allayed by Tuesday's 1-1 draw with Leeds, but it did display a battling attitude that will be necessary if the team is to stay up.
“Because they're terrific players, it's encouraging. Dean Smith, the manager, said, “We can be a good squad.
“We'll be fine if we eliminate the distractions from set-pieces,” said the actor.
After Luis Sinisterra had given Leeds the lead in the 80th minute, veteran scorer Jamie Vardy turned back the years by tying the score.
With 24 goals, Vardy was the lynchpin of Leicester's championship victory. When he stroked a shot past Illan Meslier at Elland Road as a replacement, he seemed as dangerous as ever, but at 36, he has lost some of his lustre.
Vardy scored his first league goal since October on Tuesday.

Following the draw against Leeds, Leicester is now one point and one spot above the bottom three clubs, who have all played one less game.
Leicester, though, might find solace in the knowledge that it has a history of successfully pulling off escapes.
While the championship triumph is rightfully regarded as the best in league history, the Foxes' accomplishment the season before was noteworthy in its own right as they rose from the bottom of the table to escape relegation thanks to a run of seven victories in their final nine games.
Leeds, which is now in 16th position and one point ahead of Leicester, is also fighting to stay up.
The team's manager, Javi Gracia, stated, “The dressing room is really disappointed, but we have a point and we have to play five games, being ready to be at our best.”
HOME IN FIFTH
When Unai Emery came over in October, Aston Villa seemed to be in danger of being relegated.
With the squad one spot above the bottom three and only two league victories, his predecessor Steven Gerrard departed the club.
Villa moved up to fifth place and is now in the running to make the Europa League after Tuesday's 1-0 victory against Fulham thanks to Emery's dramatic turnaround of the team's fortunes.

After bouncing back from the setback of losing to relegation contender Leicester over the weekend, Julen Lopetegui's club is currently nine points clear of the danger zone.
